Exercise
We focus on exercise through a number of arrangements, from walking with Ecco Walkathon thru cycling around Sjælsø to being part of the legendary DHL-stafet.

Education
To ensure that everybody can keep up with the challenges a dynamic working day brings, a yearly development plan is made for each employee. Among other things, this plan includes which educational need that exist, and how they are best solved.

Arrangements for the employees
With regular intervals Hans Buch offers their employees spiritual or cultural nourishment. This being in the form of meetings with interesting speakers, theatre or circus tickets or something completely different. To some of these arrangements, family is invited, which gives an opportunity to create mutual experiences across the companies, and at the same time give the families an opportunity to get to know Hans Buch.

Safety
Safety is important for everybody in Hans Buch. That is why we have regular courses in first aid and fire fighting. In the same way we focus on safety in our daily routines, for both employees and visitors.

Heath
An area Hans Buch value is the health of the employees. This means that all employees are offered fresh fruit every day, varying healthy food in the canteen, vaccination against the flu, contribution for stopping smoking, computer glasses and full health insurance.

Equality
Despite us all being different, it is important for Hans Buch, that everybody is treated in the same way.
