Return of goods

Prior to any return of any goods to Hans Buch A/S the buyer shall contact Hans Buch A/S to obtain a Return number.

Returns without an indication of the return number is rejected and the goods returned to the Buyer at his risk and expense.

If equipment is returned to Hans Buch A/S for service or repair, a return declaration should be submitted.

The declaration ensures that equipment is handled in a safe and sound manner, as required by law.
