OMC-146 Wind display *NEW*
The Obsermet OMC-146 is a panel PC based solution for the indication, storage and retrieval of wind information according to the latest Exxon Mobil (MESQAC) requirements. It is further provided with several digital 0/1 outputs mainly used as pre- and end alarm on pre-set wind thresholds. The touch screen allows to make standard user settings such like wind speed unit selection and averaging times. Advantaged settings such like threshold selection are only allowed after a password check. This unit is ideal for locations were indication and read out of trends are required as well as for applications were wind alarms are required such like cranes and others subjected to wind speeds.
OMC-139 Marine Wind Display
Observator instruments offers the widest range of display instruments, for local read out of meteorological parameters. The OMC-139 is a marine wind display for indication of relative wind speed and direction. This display can read in the information of several wind speed and direction sensors and is standard provided with a NMEA0183 output The OMC-139 is suitable for flush mount and is housed in a standard 144x144 housing. Besides the normal Obsermet front the unit can also be supplied with a black OEM front, called the Black line.
OMC-131 Wind Display
Observator instruments offers the widest range of display instruments, for local read out of meteorological parameters. The OMC-131 is a true and relative wind display which is suitable for 19"rack mounting and is used on many sea going vessels, ferries and FPSO's. The unit is capable of reading in two wind sensors, which is more a less a naval requirement having a port side and star board sensor. The sensor might be manual or automatically be selected. While reading in a (D)GPS signal the unit is capable of calculating and indicating true wind information at normal ship speeds. In case the gps signal is getting inaccurate the OMC-131 automatically switches over to Gyro and log.
